I have a test tube setup with 4 queens atm and they have started laying eggs and getting comfortable but i just found a 5th queen of the same species so am i able to add her with them or should i just give her a different setup by herself?

Depends on the species.  Usually, if they don't have workers, you should be good.

its a M. Rubra and yeah they only have eggs

I think they should be fine, pretty sure Myrmica rubra is a highly polygynous species, so I wouldn't be surprised if they welcome her with open arms- er, open antennae

you were right! i put her in there and they all ran up and greeted her like a old friend almost.
