This’ll be a general journal for all my ants, I’ll post some pictures of some of my current ants but I don’t have new pictures of a lot of them. I only have a few recent pictures of my Crematogaster lineolata, Camponotus pennsylvanicus, and Aphaenogaster rudis. Idk what happened to the quality of the lin photo but as you can see they’re ants.

How has the founding gone with the Claviger queen?

I had 1 claviger queen with around 300-500 claviger hosts but they ripped the Queen apart randomly, anyways I'm doing some aphidicola introductions right now so that might go well. I caught some more ants too so here's an updated species list:

Pheidole pilifera (15+ worker colony)

Formica Montana (3q 100+ worker colony)

Novomessor albisetosus (50-150w colony)

Camponotus pennsylvanicus (70-200w colony)

Camponotus americanus (2 worker colony)

Temnothorax texanus (8-15 worker colony)

Aphaenogaster tennesseensis (queen with bio brood and 20-50 hosts)

I might actually post pictures this time instead of procrastinating

Finally decided to stop neglecting my pennsylvanicus, the pilifera also got a new generation of about 20 workers.

This isn’t the whole pilifera brood pile, it’s just the brood and callows they had above the heat cable.
