Nice. Glad to see they're growing.
I'm super jealous, I love pheidole but their not in my region.
Currently Keeping:
Trachymyrmex septentrionalis
Pheidole pilifera
Forelius sp. (Monogynous, bicolored) "Midwestern Forelius"
Crematogaster cerasi
Pheidole bicarinata
Aphaenogaster rudis
Camponotus chromaiodes
Formica sp. (microgena species)
Nylanderia cf. arenivega
What area are you in?
As far as I know, pretty much every state in the US has at least one Pheidole, and they even exist in some parts of Canada. They are over a large part of Europe and Asia, most of Africa, South America, and Australia.

There are Pheidole in Illinois, but I'm not sure how far north they extend.
Got any pictures of the whole nest? I'm thinking about moving mine to something larger, but they're so low maintenance it seems like a waste to spend money on something nice.
Camponotus vicinus, Crematogaster 1, Crematogaster 2, Formica francoeuri, *, *, Myrmecocystus testaceus, Novomessor cockerelli, Pheidole hyatti, Pogonomyrmex californicus, Pogonomyrmex rugosus, Solenopsis invicta
Lookin' good.
