Cheap outworld container

I found this neat outworld container for very cheap, only 1 dollar. It worked fairly well for the outworld that I made, and while it does not have a friction fitting lid, it does make a fairly good seal.

That’s what I make my Antpartments with. The lids seal tight enough to keep Nylanderia from escaping.

Currently I am using amac boxes but this definitely seems like a better and cheaper alternative. I'll probably try one of these soon.

Was it easy to drill a hole into it?  Just use a normal drill bit?


Currently keeping Tetramorium Immigrans and Camponotus Pennsylvanicus in THA mini hearths.  I also have a couple Prenolepis Imparus queens in test tubes.

Yeah actually, I did just use a normal drill bit, but be sure to do it slowly. It thought it would be too cheap and filmy to drill into, but I suppose I was wrong!
