I caught 5 camponotus nearcticus queens on 4-18-15 and am going to make a jurnal about 3 of them none have eggs yet

This species should be easy to document, since they are so large :D I look forward to reading about them!

Lol they are the smallest or smaller Camponotus sp. :) Still kinda large.

Species I keep:

 

1 Lasius cf. Neoniger 30 workers

1 Camponotus sp. 15 workers

20 Tetramorium SpE 30 workers

1 T. Sessile 200 workers

See I'm used to seeing small Myrmica size queens so they seem large!

If you can I would brood boost one, but make sure you leave at least one without brood boosting. It is very rewarding when a Carpenter Ant queen gets her first nanitics!

I'm not goint to brood boost any i want to see how they will do i put them i a quiet dark place and will check on they in a month or so.:)

Queen 1 has 2 eggs

Queen 2 has 3 eggs

Queen 3 has 2 also.
