So I have a camponotus species ant and my dad Is worried about what would happen if a nuptial flight happend. Should I be worried?

If you are referring to a flight from your colonies as in they produce alates that fly, almost certainly nothing. First of all you gotta get over the hurtle of even getting your colony to alates. Then those alates have to escape from your setup, and fly inside your house, at the same time as other Camponotus of the same sp. Alates from outside then need to make it inside your house to mate with the alates from your colony. (By then it's really just as much the colonies outside's fault as it is your own). Then the queens have to land inside your house, survive, find a damp rotten place to dig a chamber, and raise a colony big enough to do damage to your house.

I agree with M_Ants. This is literally the last thing someone starting up the hobby needs to worry about. Read through the journals on here and see how many colonies don't even last one year, much less getting alates.
