Seeds for Pheidole Dentata

I was wondering if anyone knows what seeds I can buy to feed to my colony of Pheidole Dentata and where to get them.

Try shelled hemp hearts. Lots of good aeeds can be found in health food aisles or the bulk food section of grocery stores.

Ph. dentats won't really eat seeds. They are primarily carnivorous when it comes to protein, only very rarely eating any sort of nuts/seeds.
