How do you tell if your queen (or workers) is in stress or if it is healthy?

I've been moving my new Tetramorium caespitum queen and her workers alot and I don't want to stress them out so I wonder how I could tell it's mood and/or healthiness. Any suggestions will help!

Well just look at how they are acting. If she eats her eggs or if she is running around a lot then she is stressed. May I ask why they are being moved so often?

I moved them because 1: I had to clean the test tube they were in because they were getting stuck, and 2: they started spreading out so it was really hard to get them back in. The queen also fell multiple times so I'm worried she got hurt. And if the queen is stressed what could I do about it?
