Can some recommend if nucleus 360 is good for black crazy? Which size tunnels? If not, which tarheelants formicarium is good for 200 plus ants and 2 queen colony?

I have a regular Nucleus, and it’s an amazing Formicarium. Definitely order small/tiny size tunnels! THA goes through extra protocols to check for any gaps if you specify tiny species. It would probably be a good idea to let Mack know you’re ordering it for an escape artist species.
Edit: just read your question more carefully. Nucleus 360 is probably too big. Look at a Fortress or Mini-Labyrinth.

I don't think it would be too big. From my understanding, this is a very hardy, and fast growing species, and so they would likely not mind being in a larger space, and this would save you from spending more money on multiple formicariums.
Hi there! I went on a 6 month or so hiatus, in part due, and in part cause of the death of my colonies.
However, I went back to the Sierras, and restarted my collection, which is now as follows:
Aphaenogaster uinta, Camponotus vicinus, Camponotus modoc, Formica cf. aserva, Formica cf. micropthalma, Formica cf. manni, Formica subpolita, Formica cf. subaenescens, Lasius americanus, Manica invidia, Pogonomyrmex salinus, Pogonomyrmex sp. 1, Solenopsis validiuscula, & Solenopsis sp. 3 (new Sierra variant).

for your size colony i would go for a fortress or casita. Nucleus or nucleus 360 are way too big for 200 4mm ants. Paratrechina also love to clump together, meaning it’s even worse. Can some recommend if nucleus 360 is good for black crazy? Which size tunnels? For reference, my 3k Crematogaster colony has room to spare in their Nucleus. It’s huge.

Black Crazy ants are nomadic, and it would probably help them to have a bigger setup.

i wouldn't call them nomadic, per se

They don’t need to move nests like army ants. They can do fine in a permanent setup. As i said before I’d recommend a tar heel ants fortress for your colony.
