This is a founding queen I have in a test tube setup. This was the best photo I could get, as I don't want to disturb her. I'm a newbie, so I don't have much I can say about distinguishing characteristics!
I'd be very happy if anyone could narrow down her ID to a genus, or a couple of possible genera.
