I believe Reacker started with negative reputation points. The same way a new member starts with zero. Everytime they get a point, it goes up like normal. I think we should start a campaign to get Reacker in the positives!

 

Edit: 2 billion is actually too much, I'm afraid this "campaign" is useless.
