I've been looking for ants to buy for a while now since I certainly have the money to do so but I haven't found anyone selling in a while, so I thought I would take it into my own hands.

Hi there! I went on a 6 month or so hiatus, in part due, and in part cause of the death of my colonies.

However, I went back to the Sierras, and restarted my collection, which is now as follows:

Aphaenogaster uinta, Camponotus vicinus, Camponotus modoc, Formica cf. aserva, Formica cf. micropthalma, Formica cf. manni, Formica subpolita, Formica cf. subaenescens, Lasius americanus, Manica invidia, Pogonomyrmex salinus, Pogonomyrmex sp. 1, Solenopsis validiuscula, & Solenopsis sp. 3 (new Sierra variant).

there's tons of sellers everywhere so you must be looking in the wrong spots :/. You could look at other threads on here if you want to get a response quick.

you do need your location in your profile to buy or sell ants.

Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. -Proverbs 6: 6-8

Call this a hunch, but I would gather that this person is from... Katy, TX

I don't really know of anyone selling ants right now pretty much anywhere in Texas, though you might try this person if you are willing to drive to the Austin area: https://www.formicul...tx/#entry169771
