They aren't Pogomyrmex but some kind of Honey Pot ant Queens.

Yes, these are Myrmecocystus sp.

Myrmecocystus mendax?

yep me too, i'm not gonna sell:

 

the shipping costs/good chance that the queen will get there dead

 

i'll try my luck with them, if any probs happen i'll take them back to where i found them, then poke a hole in the ground and let them free

A picture that looks like them does not confirm that ID at all. There are quite a few Myrmecocystus species that look just like M. mimicus. The only way you're going to know for sure is with a microscope. No matter what species though, that's still an awesome find. Mine is dead BTW.
