Can someone ID this lasius Queen

She was caught September 29th in Moses Lake Washington
She is 8-9mm in body length (no wings)

I'm not great at Northern Lasius ID, but from the looks of it I'd go with L. neoniger. I lived in WA for 14 years, and spent 3 of those keeping ants, yet I never got good at Northern Lasius ID, lol.

I believe pallitarsis is more common up there, so it would not surprise if it was that species. Unfortunately, those two species are extremely difficult to tell apart.

Hi there! I went on a 6 month or so hiatus, in part due, and in part cause of the death of my colonies. 

However, I went back to the Sierras, and restarted my collection, which is now as follows:

Aphaenogaster uinta, Camponotus vicinus, Camponotus modoc, Formica cf. aserva, Formica cf. micropthalma, Formica cf. manni, Formica subpolita, Formica cf. subaenescens, Lasius americanus, Manica invidia, Pogonomyrmex salinus, Pogonomyrmex sp. 1, Solenopsis validiuscula, & Solenopsis sp. 3 (new Sierra variant).

yah could be I think once some workers hatch ill have an easier way of ID
