why does this matter? I never even look at peoples ratings I don't even know my own off the top of my head, I'd have to look.

Huh, I never noticed the people ratings... Glad to know they're there, but from what I'm reading here, they probably need to be fixed.

You can’t rate someone zero stars, so only someone unrated would be at zero.
