over the past 2 days 4-5 new pupae have eclosed

I know its been a long time since i've updated but they are at approximately 36 workers and here are some pics:

So a few weeks ago i was cleaning their glass and it fell and broke i had to move them out of the Fortress and into a mini-hearth, die-offs started happening my 60-70 worker P. occidentalis lost six workers, I realized that I had forgotten to fill up their water tower I filled it up die-offs stopped, so did egg production, now they have like 10 larvae and that's it, they have also been eating less usually when I dump seeds in their outworld they take them inside but lately, they have only taken a few seeds inside the nest. Is there anything I can do to get my colony growing again, is this normal, or is this terminal?

Try giving them some fish food flakes. Mine love them.

ok thanks but the thing is I don't have any fish-flakes

Do you have any other kind of protein you could give them to help change things up a bit? Cricket? Fruit flies?

isopods, and other ants

Freeze one of the smaller isopods and give it to them. See if they are interested in it. My pogonomyrmex get the occasional fruit fly or two, and love them.

welp came home to all the workers sitting in the outworld and the queen sitting on the water-tower dead, i hope to find more queens of this sp in august but until then tjis journal is discontinued

This journal needs to be revamped so... I have many, many queens of this species none have biological workers yet but I brood boosted a queen with 4 callows and some brood she has biological medium sized larvae and now 5 non-bios she is by far my fav queen of this sp so far I found this queen in Buena Vista I have like what 20 queens rn and only like 8 have died well hopefully by the next update at least one of these queens will have bios.

many queens have died but one has a Nanitic!! A biological one, though it didn't eclose perfectly 2 of its legs are stuck together . And my fav queen has a pupa but they decided to disown it while I was away for the weekend but she has another pupa ready. and my other queens either have eggs and larvae or no brood at all.

I have 2 queens left, both queens got a nanitic, one survived for a month the other queen decided to eclose her worker but just enough that it couldn't move
