What Self Leveling Silicone/Epoxy Works Best?

Lately I have been making formicarium's with the glass held on by magnets. I usually just sand the entire front face down to level it. But I know THA and some people on this forum use self leveling epoxy/silicone to provide a good seal to the glass. What type of silicone would work best for this purpose?
