Not sure if this works for other people but this works for me. Once I click post I switch to another tab and look at the formiculture tab. If it has the loading wheel thingy I know I posted. If it doesn't then I click post again.

I had JUST gotten an important phone call I was waiting for, so I was in a rush and distracted (usual problem)
