Are you keeping her warm enough?
"The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer." Prov. 30:25
Keep ordinary ants in extraordinary ways.

I think she has larvae, some of the eggs have developed.
She is now in a normal test tube setup, but should move her in to a tubs and tubes?

Can we see image of what she’s in.

Like the test tube setup?

Yes, semi-claustral queens do better with an outworld.

Yeah, fruit flies, cricket legs, etc

I just wanted to ask, would it make any difference to weave or construct a small leaf nest or something and place it into the external foraging area(outworld).

Here are some pics:

The clearest I got.In some pics you can see the small larvae.
Her gaster is filled with honey, though I suspect she is regurgitating the honey(can this happen?) cause I am seeing mysterious drops of honey here and there inside the test tube.

These ants use their larvae to construct a nest which means if she doesn't have larvae she won't be able to make a nest anyway right? a good thing to maybe do is add a leaf or something and maybe she will use it to make something in the test tube, but the leaf will dry up and die, so if you want her to live like she does in the wild plant a big plant in a natural aquarium and then stick her in there once she has a decent amount of workers, maybe around 50 workers.

We don’t talk about that

No I meant making one for her u know DIY. Yeah Once she has a pretty large colony I could move her into a natural tank.

UPDATE(30-11-2020)
The eggs have developed into larvae  .I counted 3 larvae. Hopefully all of them survive to ants. The seems to be growing a bit slow but steadily :D .I feed the queen some honey. She seems to love honey.Still haven't identified the sp.
Pics-
The queen from the side, can see the brood under the queen.
