We're currently rolling out our 4th major product upgrade since launching in September, 2014.

 

As such, I've created an article to clarify the byFormica.com Product Upgrade Policy, with a link front and center on the left sidebar of every page (desktop view).

 

In a nutshell:

 

byFormica is unique, in that it offers free upgrades on any low-value durable goods purchased, and deeply discounted upgrades for more expensive items.

 

Check the upgrade page often to see if upgrades are available or coming to byFormica products you purchased.  Learn More

Will items bought from Amazon be able to qualify for any future discounts?

 

edit: never mind found it. 

• Qualifying items must be purchased on Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk, or byFormica.com.

I clarified the policy page as follows:

 

Qualifying items must be sold by byFormica and purchased on the following sites: byFormica.com (including PayPal invoiced goods), Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.es, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it, and Amazon.nl.
