The video isn't even age restricted on YouTube.

 

A lot of people not keeping ants would also be quite disgusted about some pictures they'll find here ;)

I do not understand why everyone is being so sensitive about this.  It's the real world, get used to it.  

 

I don't see this as being a troll, it's just him sharing a video.  If you don't like it, that's your own problem.

All larvae of flies are called maggots so yes, They are mango worms, the larvae of Cordylobia anthropophaga.

This is Cordylobia anthropophaga, a species of blow fly native to Africa.  The larvae often cause myiasis (consumption of flesh) to the animals the larvae get onto.  The females will lay their eggs in sandy soil where an animal will come into contact and that's how they get the maggots on them.  These can also use humans as a host, but I don't believe it's as common as in pets or stray animals.  Although they seem like bot flies, they aren't exactly related.  It's a cool display of convergent evolution.
