I have recently caught Pogonomyrmex subdentatus queens available to ship within California. They are $20 each, I will offer discounts for buying multiple. I cannot provide a live arrival guarantee or refunds if something goes wrong with shipping, however the queens will be securely shipping individually in test tubes with insulation. I can also meet within the San Francisco Bay Area if you are near by. Message me if you are interested.

Shipping with USPS is $8.30 1-3 days unless you want to use priority shipping (more expensive).
