Please help ID:

 

 

Ant 1:
1. Location of collection: Back Yard, but near a lake.

2. Date of collection: 9/1/2020
3. Habitat of collection: Dirt
4. Length: 8mm, Workers: 1-2mm
5. Coloration, hue, pattern and texture: Smooth, orange, red, brown
6. Distinguishing characteristics: I think two petiole nodes.
7. Anything else distinctive: N/A
8. Nest description: N/A

9. Nuptial flight time and date: crawling on my house before rain.
10. Side walk.

I agree with solenopsis invicta. People here may start a debate over what you should do with this colony, although it is ultimately your choice so don't feel pressured.
