A guy I know caught this little beaut on his balcony in an urban environment.Measures 5-6 mm.Could you guys help with ID?

Not positive, but it looks like Tetramorium sp. to me. I won't go any further than that, as there are 14 species in Greece.

Also keep in mind that fugax does not lay eggs until after hibernation, however they are very easy to raise.

Latro and wolfi are also possible, albeit they arent as common.
