I'm signing back on to try and get a bit more active in the ant hobby again!

I like ants but don't like the outdoors, so I'm hoping getting a bit more invested will help me figure out the right times to head out and find ants for minimum exposure to mosquitos and sunlight :lol:

Right now I've just got the two colonies, both of which are purchases I made instead of ones I founded myself. I think my resolution for 2021 will be to not waste the ant flight months...

Ants I have:

1 Formica fusca group- 0 workers

1 Tetramorium immigrans colony-20 workers

1 Dorymyrmex insanus- 1 queen, used to have workers

1 large P. occidentalis colony- around 50 workers, plenty of brood

XD I also have the same resolution for 2021, i started the hobby near the end of ant season, now ant activity has pretty much stopped by me! but there is always next year!
