Everything arrived timely, and in one piece, and the ants are very healthy, already starting new batches of workers, and the outworld looks great, definitely recommend buying from Ants_Dakota and I will definitely be ordering from him again.

I am really excited to reveal a project I have dreamed about and tested for several: the Display Case Outworld! Over the years, I have started to add up the little things that I would love to see in an ant outworld, and this product is my conclusion for every detail that I believe an ant keeper needs to be successful with their ant colony when in the first nanitics stage. They have served me well for years, and I hope the will serve you well too. Click HERE to view the options I have available now!

Edit: Below this section you can now find my custom outworld builder! Dream away!

Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. -Proverbs 6: 6-8

In preparation for the 2025 anting year, here are the updated "Micro Ants" permit coverage maps that I can ship to. I am please to announce that I can ship these ants to nearly every state in the continuous United States! (West Virginia and Florida just have to be different). As always, the best way to learn about the status of these ants is to PM me any questions that you have. I look forward to adding more ants to the shop page as this year progresses, so watch for updates!

I was able to get a group of three Lasius brevicornis queens and 3 Brachymyrmex depilis queens from Ants_Dakota back in late October. They all arrived in a timely manner, were packed well, and came safely and soundly. Great customer service and he responds promptly to PMs, definitely a 5 star vendor for me!

Do you think this S. Molesta colony will be avaliable in April? I can't buy ants now because I don't have feeder insects or space for them. :CCC

Someone else got ahead of you for the colony, sorry! If I am lucky I should have them next fall. You will be the first to know  :)

Do you sell yellow meadow ants?

If you are from America, yes I do sell them. PM me for more details. You will have to put your location, at minimum your state, in your profile as well in order for me to sell to you.

Pre-Spring Update #2

Lasius permit map update

Greetings everyone! Of all the weeks this one is likely the worst for thinking about ants with negative 10 or below temperatures every morning  :cold: . That being said, I will be taking one of my colonies out of diapause in a few days for a demonstration, so ants have found their way back into my mind as they do every spring. The Lasius permit maps for my shop are woefully unupdated, especially with the higher than usual guest count on here as spring draws near. Unlike the "micro ants" permits that I recently updated, I have multiple colonies of both Lasius neoniger and americanus available for sale later this spring! Lasius neoniger especially is an amazing native beginner friendly ant species that is talked about far to little on this forum. Documentation demonstrating that Lasius genus colonies grow as fast as you feed them makes keeping these little gals so rewarding! If you are new to ant keeping and want to try something hardy, these are the ants for you!
Here are the newest shipping maps for my shop:

I am hopeful that the weather will clear up in the next 5 or 6 weeks to start shipping some initial orders. As a reminder, you can always reach out to me through PM or email to reserve a colony or even select the one that looks best to you! I provide a detailed guide packet with colonies that I sell and am always available to answer any questions that you have. Cheers to another year of anting!
