Help with identifying please, found a colony around an apple tree.

Located today in Oklahoma area.

Colony inside a plastic pipe holding a tree upright.

Workers are red headed with dark/black gasters.

No cocoons around pupae or larva.

I lean towards formica of some type. They don't sting, but look like a scorpion when trying too.

Hard to get a queen shot but she's here.

Just need help identifying species please. Thank you in advance.

Looks like Crematogaster laeviuscula. Their propodeal spines are very long and point outwards.
