Virginia Pheidole? 8.19.20

Hey guys, I found this queen today under a rock. She didn’t have any eggs that I seen. I think she’s Pheidole but I’m not sure. She’s super small. Only about 1/8 of an inch.

I second this.
Ants I have: Tapinoma sessile(2 queen colony). RED MORPH Camponotus neacticus(now has pupae!), Tetramorium immigrans (x3), Aphaenogaster sp, Temnothorax sp, Brachymyrmex sp. possibly infertile , Ponera pennsylvanica, and Pheidole morrisi!
Other insects: Polistes sp. Queen
Ants I need: Pheidole sp., Trachymyrmex sp., Crematogaster cerasi , Dorymyrmex sp. Most wanted: Pheidole morrisii

Myrmecina americana. She will eat small arthropods throughout the founding stage.

From what I understand, these are somewhat uncommon in their range. Good find!
