Cool. We have honeypots in Australia but one species you have to go right up to Alice Springs to find and the other is illegal to collect. ;-; (I think they die less though.)

As soon as we're 90% double-vacced it's straight to the desert with my grandparents for me.

Update 9-6-22

These are all doing good. The best colony is 12 workers and the worst has like 2. I had like 2 queens get the sand wet causing a lot of the larvae to fail to pupate so they have a minor setback. Other than that they are doing good.

Are there differences between navajo and mexicanus? Worth keeping both at the same time?

Keeps: Camponotus, Tetra

Wants (Please reach out if you have them for sale if you’re in the US): Acromyrmex Sp., Atta Sp., Cephalotes Sp., Myrmecocystus Sp (Prefer Mexicanus), Odontomachus Sp. (Prefer Desertorum), Pachycondyla Sp., Pheidole Sp (Prefer Rhea. The bigger the better. Not the tiny bicarinata), Pogonomyrmex Sp (Prefer Badius)., Pseudomyrmex Sp. (Prefer the cute yellow ones)
