Ahh, so sorry to hear that, man.  These queens and colonies seem to keel over and die quite often.  It probably wasn't your fault.  Maybe next year.

Update 1-26-21
These died on Thanksgiving for reasons I am not sure of. The day before everything looked just fine with no problems. Next day the queen was on its back dead. I didn't want to update the journal because it makes me very angry think about the fact that these died.

That is one of honey pot ant's favorite hobbies, being fine one day and then dying on their back the very next. Don't feel too bad. After years of founding honeypots and seeing how they do this it gets a little easier to deal with. Though, its never a nice thing.

I've given you tons of free stuff last year. Also promised to give you a Novomessor colony since you fantabulously killed all yours. I am out of Novos but can spare a Navajo. They are healthy, season 2020, with a decent amount of workers still in test tubes and sand.

Haven't been heating them all Winter. You'll need a THA nest or similar.

Want it? I usually only give free stuff to discord kids, but since they banned you I'll make an exception.

I'm nice like that.

If you kill this colony I'm never speaking to you again. Just kidding, maybe.

Update 2-1-21

Because Nurbs is a very kind person I now have a new colony of these. They have around 12 workers and a good amount of larvae. Now lets hope these guys don't pull a stupid and decide to die. I am going to be extra careful in what I do so these guys don't decide to just die on me.

Well you tried. Nothing wrong with that. We all learn from others successes and failures on these forums. I now know these suddenly up and die. They looked so cool too. Thanks.

I received 1 of these queens along with my 2 mexicanus queens from Nurbs yesterday. Hopefully these guys don't go full idiot mode and die causing me to go insane.

Update 9-5-21

This queen is doing fantastic. Just got it's first 3 workers yesterday. there's still like 13-16 pupae that still need to hatch, queens first batch was massive. Within like the next few days-week all the pupae should hatch. I'm excited to see them in full action once all their workers hatch.

Update 10-5-21

I traded with cocdeshijie for a colony with around 30 workers. They are currently housed in a good nest with tons of brood. They also have a small replete. As for my other colony, they have around 14 workers  with pupae & larvae and are still in the tube. I plan on moving them into a bamboo tube some time soon.
