Update 5-26-21
All of these were either sold or just died. I got my largest colony to around 70+ workers and a few repletes but the queen just decides to die on me. I am still trying to figure out what has been killing them but HOPEFULLY it shouldn't be an issue for when I catch more in 2-3 months. I will be much more prepared this time around than I was in August-October. If I fail this time then uh... maybe I should just quit the hobby all together.

If you quit can I have the rest of your THA stuff?
Lol

Update 8-7-21

After being completely devastated for missing TWO flights in July, once again NURBS decides to give me 2 queens for my birthday yesterday. Now this time around I am definitely more prepared and more knowledgable. I hope I can redeem myself for months just me being so angry at the deaths of species I love.

Update 8-27-21

This queen is doing great. The other queen I'm pretty sure is a dud because it has barely any eggs and no larvae. This queen will probably get pupae tomorrow.

Update 9-15-21

Queen just got it's first workers. There are still about 15 more pupae left that still need to hatch. Queen also has new eggs and larvae. Once all the pupae hatch I'll move them into a mini hearth

Update 10-5-21

Just recently I traded with cocdeshijie for a colony with 20+ workers and brood. They are currently in a nest that should last them a while. As for my other colony they are doing good. They have 15 workers so I moved them into a mini hearth. Their brood pile has around 10+ pupae and a good amount of larvae.

Update 10-27-21

My original colony is doing good with 23 workers, lots of larvae, a few pupae, and a fresh egg pile. They just recently hatched this bigger worker so it will most likely turn into a replete. As of now it just runs around inside the nest. My other colony is also doing great. 25 workers and a lot of larvae. Most pupae has hatched.

Yeah the queen likes to replete for some reason. Not sure why since they have 8 but at least I know its not starving lol

Update 2-26-22

Colony is doing great. They have gained 20 workers since the last update putting them at 60 in total. They have a pretty nice pupae and larvae pile and the queen keeps on laying eggs. The queen also stopped repleting the other day so she should hopefully start pumping even more than she is now. Hopefully the queen isn't actually starving like i've seen in the past. The replete count has gone up to 12 and they are getting relatively big as well. I'm hoping they reach around 100+ workers in 1-2 months so I can move them into a larger nest.
