I found these in a damp piece of wood it has 3 queens the queens are around 5mm the workers are around 2mm .

Solenopsis molesta. They flew here less than a week ago.

Argghhh! I missed the flights as always! But yeah, the workers do look like Solenopis cf. molesta.

This was a wild colony but i saw lasius interjectus fly today.
