Hi all I’m going to be obtaining a v. Pergandei colony ands was wondering what seeds to get. Any suggestions?
I wouldn't think their dietary preferences would be that different from Pogonomyrmex. It wouldn't hurt just to feed them some grass seeds and other seeds typically fed to Pogonomyrmex.

Formica cf. aserva, cf. subintegra
Myrmica sp.
Lasius neoniger, brevicornis
My favorites to give the subnitidus and californicus are dandelion and kentucky grass seeds.
