Can anybody ID this girl?

I actually caught four of them at the same time, same location, they look very similar, so I assume they're the same species. All the photos are of one of them.
1. Location of collection: Zagreb, Croatia

2. Date of collection:  Sunday 28 June 2020, 11 PM local.
3. Habitat of collection: they flew into my house, the surrounding neighborhood is mostly family houses with small gardens.
4. Length: 8 - 8,5 mm
5. Coloration, hue, pattern and texture: dark brown, almost black to the eye (they appear a bit lighter on the photos than in real life), fairly uniform coloration
6. Distinguishing characteristics: sorry, don't know nearly enough to spot something as distinguishing
7. Anything else distinctive: nothing comes to mind
8. Nest description: No nest, they flew into my house

9. Nuptial flight time and date: I didn't see the nuptial flight, but I'd say Sunday 28 June 2020, evening. My neighbor commented they witnessed a lot of ants that day as well, so nuptial flight was most likely just before I caught them

10. Pictures:

Hi there! I went on a 6 month or so hiatus, in part due, and in part cause of the death of my colonies.

However, I went back to the Sierras, and restarted my collection, which is now as follows:

Aphaenogaster uinta, Camponotus vicinus, Camponotus modoc, Formica cf. aserva, Formica cf. micropthalma, Formica cf. manni, Formica subpolita, Formica cf. subaenescens, Lasius americanus, Manica invidia, Pogonomyrmex salinus, Pogonomyrmex sp. 1, Solenopsis validiuscula, & Solenopsis sp. 3 (new Sierra variant).

Thank you guys for the effort. Would additional photos help? If so, anything particular I should try to focus on?
Emarginatus whoud have redish thorax, this one doesn't.

A bit of an update, I contacted two local ant enthusiasts (actually, one of them is a professional ant scientist) with the pictures I posted above and their assessment is L. Emarginatus and Niger.

L. emarginatus seem really cool and their coloration is beautiful. The only Lasius queens I find are all parasites and more trouble than they’re worth.

Today, I found one of the queens dead. It's not a pretty sight, she seems to have succumbed to some sort of mold.

It is, however, an opportunity to get a better picture for update on the ID. Definitely doesn't look black any more.

Anybody wants to affirm or amend their stance? Thanks.
