My brother's queen got her first nanitic a couple of days ago, but it is still curked into a ball, but wlaks around, and the queen sort of abandons it is it deformed or soemthing? what can i do?

I know with species that spin cocoons, sometimes the threads can be wrapped around them.  I doubt this is the case here though - but anyways, is there anything that might be binding her?

 

Otherwise, I occasionally see deformities (usually the antennae) if humidity drops too low at any point of the pupae stage.

Myrmicinae do not make cocoons. Just bare pupae.

i got it to be full size, crystal, it was stuck to a piece of string thingie and not deformed.
