I caught a leptothorax queen a time ago and she had a larvae but ate her, now she doesn't want to lay eggs :( what do i do?

Not much. Leptothorax are semi claustral iirc, or at least I raised mine like semi claustrals. Just feed her some protein and sugars and wait. They would appreciate a smaller nest as well if you have them in a normal test tube.
