Pheidole bicarinata has a nice yellowish color, especially the majors.

Pheidole tysoni are rare but can be found in NYC. Blacklighting in the early morning in July is probably the best way to get them. Pheidole morrisii can also be found on long island and theoretically throughout certain sandy pine barrens throughout the state.
