I found this queen and i don't what type she is.Can you help me?

Could be, but it's pretty hard to ID Lasius without a microscope.

Most Lasius do. Most of the time examining the amount/density of the hairs on the antennae will do it, but you'd need some high magnification in order to do that. For now you could call it Lasius cf. niger, cf. representing the uncertainty of the ID.

Could be lasius brunneus because of the brown thorax.

Lasius niger doesnt look like this. I'm with emarginatus, but not too well versed in Lasius.
