The pictures are not good enough for me to ID it since I am not familiar with ants in your area, it is too blurry. The gaster itself really narrows it down though.

This is a Ponerine species, possibly Ponera pennsylvanica. We need better pictures for a definitive ID.
As others said probably Ponera.
