Ants I have: Tapinoma sessile(2 queen colony). RED MORPH Camponotus neacticus(now has pupae!), Tetramorium immigrans (x3), Aphaenogaster sp, Temnothorax sp, Brachymyrmex sp.   possibly infertile   :(,  Ponera pennsylvanica, and Pheidole morrisi!  :yahoo: 

 

Other insects: Polistes sp. Queen

                    

Ants I need: Pheidole sp., Trachymyrmex sp., Crematogaster cerasi , Dorymyrmex sp. Most wanted: Pheidole morrisii

Pheidole bicarinata: I love these guys, They are so cute, they have a good pile of brood and now have their first major pupae! It was a pale yellow color so I thought it was a termite at first.  :lol:

The major pupae is that big orangish blob. Its probably going to eclose soon!

Crematogaster!!!!: I have not been posting for a while but I caught a new Crematogaster queen today! I hope she is fertile.

I’ve never had a dealate Crematogaster not get workers.

Pheidole morrisii: They are doing good as always. You can see a small major in this pic.

Well this isn't a full sized major, and the ones you see may be the ones who aren't.

They are in a nest I bought from an Etsy shop called Undergroundciti.

Well this isn't a full sized major, and the ones you see may be the ones who aren't.

 

Mine weren't full sized either and were more shiny and red instead of looking like that major.

They are in a nest I bought from an Etsy shop called Undergroundciti.

 

Maybe i'll check that out for some of my colonies if it is working out for you.

I just looked it up and they look pretty good for being cheaper than a mini hearth xl i may get one since they are in fairfax and ship free.
