Neivamyrmex males!

Found 2 Neivamyrmex males at my black light. Only took one as a specimen. A lot smaller then I thought they would be. I didn't catch the other cause I want Neivamyrmex colonies in my area cause I haven't seen them in a while. Sausage flies lol
