Pretty sure this is Solenopsis?. They swarmed my blacklight setup, probably had 15+ in it after just a few minutes.

 

1. Location (on a map) of collection: Little Rock, AR USA
2. Date of collection: 6/28/2020
3. Habitat of collection: Fields
4. Length (from head to gaster): 6mm
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture:  Orange and brown, stripes on abdomen.
6. Distinguishing characteristics: Large jaws, three horns.
7. Distinguishing behavior:
8. Nest description: 

9. Nuptial flight time and date: 6/28/2020 9:30 PM
