Lowered price for Tetramorium immigrans and added a starter pack for new anters!!! (targeted at the 75 guests currently online) Great beginner ant, very easy, grow quickly, and very clean. They also don't climb very well will easily be stopped by most escape barriers. They eat almost anything from leftover chicken, to bugs from the backyard, to almonds, and honey.

Tetra queens are now free, I have too many, just pay shipping costs. Donations to support my ant hobby are welcome!

Have you tried listing these on GAN? Most people looking for ants go there first.

It looks like you can't ship the ants using the GAN, I don't really like the idea of meeting up with a ton of people, even if its in public (especially with the pandemic). If anyone wants to make a super colony, I'll just send you a bunch just pay for shipping (although in my testing, most of the queens end up with their gasters chopped off).

Then it’s not a super colony, just a bunch of dead queens that you had pay for shipping...

Man, GAN is just a way of connecting you with people. I don’t follow most of their rules, for example paying AC 10% for each sale or whatever it is. Nobody is going to come strip your GAN credentials if you mail a colony. I say give it a shot.

You give them 10% of your earnings? No wonder most prices are insane, I saw a tetra queen with eggs in a test tube listed for $75. I give mine away test tube and all, I have too many. Honestly I’d rather just donate to Mikey’s channel, if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have known antkeeping existed.

Ants I have:

1 Formica fusca group- 0 workers

1 Tetramorium immigrans colony-20 workers

1 Dorymyrmex insanus- 1 queen, used to have workers

1 large P. occidentalis colony- around 50 workers, plenty of brood

Yeah, I bought from drew and he shipped them, it was fine. Also, YOU SHOULD be shipping during the pandemic, as it makes it safer for everyone, be it the buyer, the seller, the people around the would-be meeting point. Unless the ants NEED to be picked up like a Myrmecoystus colony with dedicated repletes.

(x1) Myrmercocystus mexicanus -1 Queen

You need a permit to buy ants that are from another state.
