Drew, there may be a glitch in the notification icon on the website. Over the past 35-45 minutes I get this when I click on the icon.

As shown, the notification function works while the text continually updates but never displays.

Try loading them on another browser.  It works for me right now.

For me Formiculture works better on desktop rather than mobile

Mobile formiculture is really hard to use, unless you check it a lot. I would try Zeiss's strategy.

Same, I do almost all of my stuff for formiculture on my iPad. I rarely have problems with formiculture, but when it does have problems though just refresh the page and it will work again.

It happened to me for a day or so, and I just closed the tab, and then opened it up again the next day and it was fine.

Hi there! I went on a 6 month or so hiatus, in part due, and in part cause of the death of my colonies.

However, I went back to the Sierras, and restarted my collection, which is now as follows:

Aphaenogaster uinta, Camponotus vicinus, Camponotus modoc, Formica cf. aserva, Formica cf. micropthalma, Formica cf. manni, Formica subpolita, Formica cf. subaenescens, Lasius americanus, Manica invidia, Pogonomyrmex salinus, Pogonomyrmex sp. 1, Solenopsis validiuscula, & Solenopsis sp. 3 (new Sierra variant).

It happened to me a couple times as well, yet it was corrected using the same methods previously mentioned.

I haven’t looked at this on my PC’s but its still glitchy. Oddly, it just started over the past 48 hours. Seems impervious to cycling the tab or forcing a reset. The profile and inbox drop-downs work as designed, it’s just the notification icon and drop-down that doesn’t seem to work.

You could try clearing your cache or restarting the device

Same here. However, it just stopped today.

Rebooted and cleared cache, still no resolution.

The semi-fix I found for now is to right click the head box, and open in new tab and everything works. Drop down doesn't work but you can still see the notifications.
