Okay so yesterday the weather was rainy, and today wind is nearly none and humidity is good, but weather is still cold. Do i have any chance to catch any?

I would say so. Unless the weather is really cold. It depends where you live.
Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. -Proverbs 6: 6-8

They don’t fly in cold weather. It’s less likely in a warmer country like Turkey.
