This little lady was found in Topeka, Kansas on the 19th of this month.  I found her around 3 a.m in a cement storm ditch.  she is 7.9 mm in length.

Mandibles are more reminisce of Tetramorium but they are much more black in color. Is the lighting true to color?

Yes this is true color, other than being so light colored she does look a lot like Tetramorium to me too! I'm going to have to dig out my old phone with macro settings and get a better shot of her.. I'm stuck at work for 6 more hours, damn 16 hour days...

I'm going through old ID threads, and just wondering if anyone has a better idea as to what this is.
