So it gives you the right to insult someone? Cause if so, it gives me the right to defend myself as well, and then goes full circle.

If, for thousands of years, we as a human race were not able to exist with others who have differing beliefs, we would have died out long ago.

Please, let this journal be. If any of you are determined to make political statements, do it on the subforum dedicated to it. Not on someones journal. This goes to everyone.

Hi there! I went on a 6 month or so hiatus, in part due, and in part cause of the death of my colonies.

However, I went back to the Sierras, and restarted my collection, which is now as follows:

Aphaenogaster uinta, Camponotus vicinus, Camponotus modoc, Formica cf. aserva, Formica cf. micropthalma, Formica cf. manni, Formica subpolita, Formica cf. subaenescens, Lasius americanus, Manica invidia, Pogonomyrmex salinus, Pogonomyrmex sp. 1, Solenopsis validiuscula, & Solenopsis sp. 3 (new Sierra variant).

No one here said that was the right thing to do. However, you may take it personally because you’re currently the only member who acts like this towards others. If anyone else acted this way, they’d receive the same response, at least from me.

Well fairs fair I guess. I did start the drama today and yesterday.

Either way, sorry for ruining what would have been a really cool journal. Polyergus is a cool species that is rarely kept. Maybe he can make a new journal since I kinda ruined this one.

I'm glad nobody got kicked from the forum or anything. Cheers guys, lets leave all this in the past.

Also, I think Polyergus is cool too! They are relatively unstudied as much as some of the other slave makers are. I wish they got more attention.

Polyergus are pretty well studied.

At least when compared to lots of other ants.
