Looks nice, and I think 10 millimetres should be ok.

Ants I have: Tapinoma sessile(2 queen colony). RED MORPH Camponotus neacticus(now has pupae!), Tetramorium immigrans (x3), Aphaenogaster sp, Temnothorax sp, Brachymyrmex sp. possibly infertile , Ponera pennsylvanica, and Pheidole morrisi!
Other insects: Polistes sp. Queen
Ants I need: Pheidole sp., Trachymyrmex sp., Crematogaster cerasi , Dorymyrmex sp. Most wanted: Pheidole morrisii

Formica pallidefulva, Aphaeogaster cf. rudis
Camponotus pennsylvanicus

10 mm should work for most average sized species. It may be a little small for
Camponotus, though.

I know. It should work fine for them. Just pointing out that if you ever ordered a colony of Camponotus, you’d need a bigger nest.@Ants Dakota, so far got Lasius Niger and Flavus (I think)..:

Dakota, this is made out of AAC. Then a few coats of non-toxic acrylic paint.
