So last week I bought mated c. Nicobarensis queen and checked today how is she doing,and haven't seen any eggs. She is kept in a dark place in test tube. Temperature 22 degrees Celsius
Anything I am doing wrong?

She might just be taking her time, or she may be infertile. I'd give her some more time.

Ants I have: Tapinoma sessile(2 queen colony). RED MORPH Camponotus neacticus(now has pupae!), Tetramorium immigrans (x3), Aphaenogaster sp, Temnothorax sp, Brachymyrmex sp.   possibly infertile   :(,  Ponera pennsylvanica, and Pheidole morrisi!  :yahoo: 

 

Other insects: Polistes sp. Queen

                    

Ants I need: Pheidole sp., Trachymyrmex sp., Crematogaster cerasi , Dorymyrmex sp. Most wanted: Pheidole morrisii

That is perfectly normal. Give her another week or two and you should start seeing eggs. If it has been a month and you see nothing, contact your seller. Ant keeping requires a lot of patience!

I agree with this, though maybe making it a tad bit warmer would be better for her, she may lay eggs faster if she is warmed up a bit.
My Ants:

Everyone is always trying to rush their ants.  Don't get ants if you aren't willing to be patient.  A week is nothing.  I have queens that wait until the following season to start laying.  Just be patient.

Some ants can take quite a while. I've read about Messor queens that took 2 months before they started laying.

That's why you don't buy just any queens unless the queen has workers, or a good brood pile going (that she's caring for).
