Not going good. I can't download the upgrade because only Bigb can. Also Invision Power support is not responding to me anymore, and now their website seems to be down.
Why can't you do it? I thought you were a co-owner of the forum...
Bigb is who bought the software, so only that account can actually download it. It's really stupid, and annoying. If I wanted to pirate the software, I could download it in two seconds. All this does is causes a hassle for the people who have actually paid to use it. I am thinking about just buying the software myself so I can get stuff done when I want to.

Finished the upgrade and the chat service still doesn't work. Now we have a broken chat service AND a few new problems.
First things first, kick out the gremlins.

This problem is a strange and difficult one. It has finally been escalated.
The problem has been resolved. The chat service is back!

Same issue here.
Okay it should be fine now. All the chat settings including access settings got erased.
